YEP, IT IS STILL WINTER
SO WE HAVE
SOME FOGGY MORNINGS
AND
MAYBE SOME SUN LATER IN THE DAY

ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL DAY - 1/23/2011

SUCH A BEAUTIFUL DRIVE HOME
FROM OUR SHOPPING TRIP TODAY.
A PLANE FLYING AMIDST THE CLOUDS
LOOKS LOOKED LIKE A BIRD IN THE SKY

A STOP TO SEE HOW THE SHEEP
WERE DOING AT A SIDE STREET
THAT WE
DISCOVERED NOT LONG AGO
LOW AND BEHOLD
THIS ONE HAS HAD TWO BABIES
SO CUTE AND TALKING LOUDLY

AROUND THE CORNER OF THE WIRED FENCE
WERE THE REST OF THE SHEEP
AND THE DONKEY THAT I FELL FOR
AND SEEMED TO FALL FOR US
SEVERAL WEEKS AGO
IT MADE OUR DAY TO SEE ALL DOING GREAT

IT IS SO NICE TO TAKE
THE COUNTRY ROADS HOME

WE WOULD HAVE LOVED TO STAY OUT LONGER
BUT IT WAS GETTING LATE AND GROCERIES
HAD TO BE PUT IN THE FREEZER
SO THE FINAL TURN AND WE WERE HOME.
A NICE ENDING TO OUR WEEKEND

ANOTHER WARM SUNSHINE WINTER DAY
WITH LOTS OF BIRDS FLYING AND SINGING

OSCAR ENJOYED IT WITH ME AS

WE BOTH GOT A CHANCE TO WARM UP.

LOVE THE SUN AND OUR BACKYARD

Today the sun appeared and it was warming to
both Oscar and me
He took a bath and I soaked in some sun
I had my camera but quickly had to chase him
and bring him inside as he likes to run very fast
after birds he sees and hears

How I love being in our backyard

My precious plant from my Mom's neighbor has
grown nicely

Oscar was not happy staying in and let
me know by meowing and stretched up with
his clipped claws on our screen door

My beautiful little friend wanting
back outside so I joined him back inside
and now he is curled up on my lap
while I type this post
and listen to some wonderful music

WHEN IT IS NOT RAINING AND COLD, IT IS FOGGY AND COLD

Woke up to a foggy and cold morning.
In the distance on the roof there
sits several doves.
You have to look closely to see them.
So glad the sun will be out later
to brighten up our day.
