A family friend happened to be in town tonight,
so he called and stopped by for a short visit with us,
before heading home.
It was so good to see him.

So that's what you were up to! What a pleasant way to spend an evening. Especially when you don't have to get up and go to work the next morning. ;-)
ReplyDeleteHe came by for a short time and so unexpectedly. It was so nice to see him. A nice surprise and he got to see all of us and the piles of stuff as we are on a mission to get some things done to clean up our house and get organized. It is going to take time. It is nice sleeping in for sure. Ate a little later dinner than usual, but not a problem. Only if I was able to eat what you had. Yum!!
